Bio: Betsy is a nationally certified member of the Chicago Area Music Teachers Association (CAMTA) which is a part of the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA). She is also a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). Betsy customizes her approach with each individual - she is very good at trouble-shooting and helping her students zero in on the challenging aspects of their piano pieces. As an experienced pianist, Betsy believes that music is an extraordinary outlet and is essentially a joyful pursuit - one to be shared and appreciated.
