Locations I am willing to serve: Levittown, Hicksville, Plainview, Massapequa, Bethpage and other Long Island towns within a 10 mile radius of Hicksville, New York.
Bio: It is my dream to combine my two passions; music and the education of students diagnosed with autism. I have been playing the piano for 18 years and have taught over 50 students (typical developing and developmentally disabled) music theory, proper hand and finger placements, scales, finger exercises, music composition and many other aspects of piano playing. I always incorporate fun games and exciting learning activities to my lessons to keep my students engaged motivated. I work as an ABA Instructor at a school for students with autism where I practice reinforcement, errorless teaching, prompting and other methods following the principles of ABA. I will use these techniques while teaching your child how to play and enjoy the piano. Each student's lessons will be individually tailored to cater to his or her needs.
