Innovative Piano takes pride in the thorough training we provide to all of our teachers. Mr. Young provides personal training to both ABA Therapists and piano education professionals throughout the country. Our new School Training program offers you the opportunity to extend this level of training to your teachers! This training will include;

Theory and Practicum

On site and individualized training

Step by step introduction to The Young Method piano instruction system

Focusing on performance data collection,

prompting and prompt fading, positive

reinforcement and errorless teaching procedures

Evaluations

To help you evaluate the progress your teachers are making, you will receive up to date and quantitative evaluations of their performance. Reports will be provided based on written evaluations as well as their performance in

respect to instituting the program.

Implementation

While training is important, implementing those training goals successfully is also required. Mr. Young will focus on assisting your teachers in the implementation of the training based on the performance data recorded. Since every teacher and every student is unique an individualized approach will help your school succeed.

Continued Support

After your teachers have learned about The Young Method, are trained in the implementation and evaluated, Mr. Young will continue to offer quarterly visits and continued email and phone support to your school! This level of support will allow your teachers and students to have success for years to come!
