Instructions
Step 1: Getting Ready
Before the performance, your teacher will help you determine the best piece(s) to have your son/daughter perform and focus their lessons on these songs.
Step 2: Videotaping
Videos can be recorded in any format, including; traditional DVD cameras or webcams. If you have any questions or would like tips on videotaping the performance, please contact us.
Step 3: Submission
The easiest way to submit your video is to email it to us using the address below. If your file is too large for this option, please contact IPI for assistance.
Optional Materials
IPI would like to give you the option of submitting a short commentary in addition to your child’s performance. You can use this option to discuss anything from - your child’s progress at the piano, his or her challenges and successes along the way or why you chose to have your child learn the piano.

This is to give permission for the use of all recordings submitted to IPI which are associated with this recital. No payment or financial consideration is required. I waive the right to compensation from future use of the video recording.
The signing of this video release form grants the permission for the video to be used as noted in the document. The release validity is not limited by any time frame. I release all claims regarding the use of this video recording. To participate please respond by 11/14/2011.
