Theory Training will focus on combining Applied Behavior Analysis and classical piano education techniques. All applicants will receive The Young Method Certification Manual, consisting of over 200 pages of a detailed review and explanation of IPI's piano education system. Staff Training Plan B applicants will also be given an extensive training seminar which will help prepare candidates for certification.

An in-depth and individualized practicum session will be provided to Staff Training Plan B applicants. This will focus on putting the concepts learned in the Theory Training to use as it applies to your students.
