Bio: Melodi Yvonne Hemenway, as unique as her name, has a passion for all that is art. She began studying violin at the age of eight and continued through the age of twelve. Although violin did not remain as her focus it has no doubt influenced and continues to influence her associations and contributions in life. Melodi has studied music theory with piano and continues to practice violin and music through self-study and at the local community college. Melodi has always held a passion for teaching music art and dance to young children including those with special needs. Through Innovative Piano Melodi will have the opportunity to commence the plans she has to share her passions of art with young hearts and minds.
