PATH 1
$40.00 each
This path represents Books 2 - 7. Students using this path will have had success with both finding notes on the piano, and using the Treble Clef board. Some of the things we will be focusing on are; adding more notes to each page, playing with correct fingering, playing with both hands, reading music and playing more difficult songs. The ultimate goal of this path is to have the student progress through this series, and proceed to typical piano instruction materials.
• Supplemental Materials vary depending on Book Level.

PATH 1.1
$40.00 each
This path represents Books 2.1 - 7.1. Students who begin down this path are students who have done well with matching letters on the page to the appropriate piano key, yet have challenges using the Treble Clef Board. When using this path, students will continually have the opportunity to progress to Path 1 when their skills at reading sheet music increase. In this path we will be focusing on; adding more notes to each page, playing with correct fingering, playing with both hands and playing more difficult songs. While the goal of this path is to reach Path 1 and begin reading music, students using this path can play very fun and complicated songs using the “letter in note” style of playing featured in The Young MethodTM.
• Supplemental Materials vary depending on Book Level.

PATH 1.2
$40.00 each
This path represents Books 2.2 - 7.2. The focus of this path is to make the process of matching letters on the page to the letters on the keys more clear. When using this path, students will continually have the opportunity to progress to Path 2.1 when their skills at finding notes increase. Some of the things we will be focusing on are; reducing the number of notes on each page, removing distractors from the page/ keyboard, and closely examining different reinforcement systems and prompting procedures being used.
