Moshe Elmakias

Moshe Elmakias (24) is a jazz and world-music pianist from Jerusalem, Israel.

Moshe Elmakias started playing piano at the age of 6, and at the age of 13 he was already touring around the world with various bands and orchestras.

Moshe won many competitions and scholarships in Israel, Italy, Switzerland and United States. He graduated his B.A with honor and studied with world famous musicians.

From the age of 19 he is recording and performing internationally with artists such as Larry Klein (US), Manu Katche (France), Itamar Borochov (New York) Leo Espinosa (Cuba), Mor Karbasi (Israel), Tal Gamlieli (Israel) Yogev Shetrit (Israel) and Marco Pignataro (US).

These days Moshe is a student at the New England Conservatory in Boston MA, and he plays and performs in many festivals and platforms around the world.
