Yingying Wang

Yingying Wang is a musical professional with a degree in Doctoral Musical of Arts (DMA) from Florida State University. She earned a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance from Cleveland Institute of Music in 2013. She earned a Master of Music degree within an emphasis on piano performance from University of Florida in 2015.

Her musical performance experience and academic activities bring her into specialization of concerts, music festivals, workshops, conferences and presentations both at state and nationwide levels. Among others, the most distinguished ones include MTNA Conference, Pianofest in Hampton, Florida State University Biennial Festival of New Music, University of Toronto Graduate Music Conference, and Yarn/Wire Institute of New Music in New York.

Yingying has four-year teaching experiences at University level of instructing undergraduate group piano classes and theory classes at University of Florida and at Florida State University. She is also tutoring private music lessons across age span from children at the youngest 4 years old to the adult ages outside academia environment. She is enthusiastic to help children learn the value of piano lessons, striving for earnest manner to embark student's interest within self-motivated recognition on learning piano. Her students have achieved great performance on various competitions, recitals and music exams such as ABRSM, NYSSMA and RCM.
