Job Description:

Do you have what it takes to be the Go-To person for your entire state? Use your unique skill set to create growth opportunities, connect with clients and organizations and build our presence in your region. As an Independent Contractor you will have the freedom to make your own choices based on your local knowledge, to reach strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and grow a local networking client/contact database

  • Research growth strategies which are geared toward your area

  • Manage social networking outlets

  • Engage with local organizations 

  • Analyze key business development data

  • Help grow IPIs brand by incorporating local initiatives

  • Create unique sales organizational structures 

  • Evaluate the results of your strategies 

  • Act on findings related to periodic strategy meetings 

  • Familiarize yourself with all of IPIs products and services

  • Set and reach aggressive growth goals for your region

Education Requirements:

  • Must possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree 

Related Work Experience:

  • At least two years of relevant work experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills

  • A passion for brand growth and development 

  • Great interpersonal abilities

  • Forward thinking/positive attitude

  • Basic computer skills

  • Social networking extraordinaire
